At FitnessPlanet, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our fitness and coaching services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be provided and how to request them.
Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be offered for specific services or products under the following conditions:
Coaching Services:
- If you cancel your program before the start date, a full refund will be provided.
- For cancellations after the program begins but before completing 50% of the sessions, a prorated refund will be issued for unused sessions.
- Refunds are not available after more than 50% of the sessions have been completed.
Digital Products:
Refunds are not available for downloadable products, such as fitness guides, meal plans, or workout videos, unless the product is defective or inaccessible.Merchandise:
Merchandise, including apparel and equipment, must be returned in unused and original condition to qualify for a refund. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your order details and reason for the refund request.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
- For merchandise, items must be shipped back to the return address provided during the request.
Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed once the request is reviewed and approved. You will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take 5-10 business days for the transaction to reflect on your account. Note that transaction fees and shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Missed coaching sessions without prior notice.
- Dissatisfaction due to lack of personal commitment to the fitness program.
- Unauthorized returns or returns outside the specified return period.
